Petitioners seek bail in Katoria P.S. Case No.136 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that both sides are Gotiyas. There is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case between the parties. Counter case has been filed on the written report of petitioner No.4, Hardeo Tanti, against the informant and others. Injuries have been sustained from both sides. Injury reports have been enclosed as Annexure-3 series with the bail petition, which shows that all the injuries
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74720 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 were simple in nature.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No.136 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
