The petitioner is accused in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, registered under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about gathering of miscreants at Ratwara Pond situated at Dewaria Road for the purpose to commit heinous crime, informant along with other police personnel reached there. On seeing the police party, three persons present there stated to flee away but on chased they were apprehended, who disclosed their names as Rajesdh Kumar Ram @ Rajesh Ram

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76927 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 (petitioner), Ramakant Paswan and Santosh Paswan. On search, petitioner was found in possession of one loaded country made pistol.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S.
