Petitioner seeks bail in Magadh Medical PS Case No. 122 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

On recovery of 8 litres of country made mahua liquor the petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2018. He is having no criminal antecedent.

It is submitted that the recovery is not in accordance with Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76027 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in Magadh Medical PS Case No. 122 of 2018.
