The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 925 of 2019 [Special (Excise) Case No. 8915 of 2019], registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
