Patna High Court MJC No.4125 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 as also the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Kishanganj have passed reasoned orders dated 21.06.2024 and 13.12.2024 respectively, rejecting the case of the petitioners, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with. 2.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid orders, to the extent they are against the petitioners, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
