2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act as well as Sections 26, 35, 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act.

3. In the nature of allegation, as alleged in the FIR, this Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as petitioner has antecedents of 12 cases and apart from recovery of liquor, it is alleged that country made pistol along with 11 live cartridges were recovered from Nitish Kumar, Guddu Kumar and Rajendra Mahto who disclosed the name of the petitioner, as such, the instant anticipatory bail application is rejected in connection with Paroo P.S. Case
