Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No.30 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 494, 504, 506, 379/34.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Further submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant. There is no demand of dowry by the petitioners by the informant they are living separately. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.74986 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No.30 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
