2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 dated 17.11.2019, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2018, pending in the court of learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
