This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rampur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioner and others. 4.

The victim girl in her statement has said that the petitioner has committed rape upon her.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
