====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 7.9.2018. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 2.5.2018 and First Information Report has been lodged on 4.5.2017 i.e after delay of two days.

In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with Sarpanch attempted to misbehave with the informant. They also pressed the neck with intention to kill her.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
