The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 304/120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring the prosecution case, counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that has paid Rs.30,000/- against the payment of Rs.60,000/- as fee of the doctor and on account of that Dr. Supriya Singh neglected in the treatment of the daughter of the informant.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75949 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
