The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent no.2, the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger to dispose of BLDR Appeal No.119 of 2018 pending before him within a reasonable time.

It is evident that the the appeal is of the year 2018 and only about a year has elapsed. The petitioner is the respondent in the appeal. The respondents no.3 to 6 filed BLDR Appeal No.119 of 2018. The petitioner has already appeared after

Patna High Court CWJC No.23473 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 admission of the appeal but the appeal is not being disposed of. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger to dispose of BLDR Appeal No.119 of 2018 within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
