JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rail Sone Nagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be Nanad (sister in law) of the deceased and allegation against her and others is of abated the deceased, who committed suicide along with her three children. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case and has nothing to do with the allegation, she is married nanad (sister in law of the deceased) and resides separately along with her three children and further no specific allegation has been attributed to her.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78210 of 2018(2) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Rail Court, Gaya in connection with Rail Sone Nagar P.S.
