From perusal of the office notes, it appears that opposite party no. 2 did not found at the given address. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2 lakh to the complainant/opposite party no. 2.
