2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 338/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons is alleged to have inflicted knife blow on the chest and stomach of brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2024 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.
