The petitioner seeks bail in Chhapra Rail P.S. Case No.146 of 2018 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One Mohit Ray @ Suraj was apprehended while fleeing away. Mohit Ray disclosed the name of the petitioner but the petitioner was not put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of bail petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Rail
