The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner has been apprehended with Motorcycle. On demand, he could not produce any paper in support of the aforesaid Motorcycle. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.8.2018 having clean antecedent. He has been arrested merely on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77223 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S.
