The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Informant is the second wife of deceased. Petitioner is first wife. According to FIR, the informant saw that the named persons, allegedly, committed murder of her husband and they were fleeing. About the petitioner, it is stated that she and others were involved in commission of murder of her husband. No reason has been assigned as to why the petitioner would get her husband murdered being first wife of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the

No.76339 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bidupur Police Station Case No. 261 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
