JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2169 of 2015 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 323, 379, 448, 354, 341, 34 of IPC.

As per complaint case, petitioner and several other accused persons entered inside the house of the complainant and tried to outrage her modesty and also torn her blouse. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is a land dispute between the parties and they are Pattidars, only because of that, the present case has been lodged.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No.2169 of 2015.
