The petitioner, who is in custody since 02.10.2019 and is a person of clean antecedent, seeks bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 dated 01.10.2019 (Special Case No. 845 of 2019) instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

180 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a Honda City car. The petitioner claims himself to be the driver of the aforesaid car. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
