1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being preferred for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other Writ or Writs, Order or Orders, direction or directions for commanding the respondents, particularly respondent no-4 ( Block Development Officer) to make the Panchayat Bhawan under government scheme at village Jamua instead of village Makhdumpur under Gram Panchayat Raj Fingi, Block- Bihiya, District- Bhojpur, and stop construction of Panchayat Bhawan in village Makhdumpur and for other necessary relief/ reliefs on the

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
