JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is that a dead-body without head was found near Barhat police station and the informant has identified the same of his brother. The name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused person. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused person and there is no incriminating material available against the petitioner and he is in judicial custody since 18.06.2018.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018.
