The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 406,420/34 of the IPC.
The allegation in the present case is regarding the petitioner herein taking money from the informant for the purpose of marrying his son with the daughter of the informant, but subsequently the petitioner refused to marry his son with the daughter of the informant and instead solemnized his marriage with other girl.
