JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 1009 of 2018, arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 809 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2018 in connection with seizure of 9.375 litres of liquor. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), Jehanabad in connection with Excise
