The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s) :- "I) For issuance of writ in the nature of Sasurari for quashing the Corrigendum issue vide Letter No. 148 dated 22.07.2024 circulated vide Memo No. 148 dated 22.07.2024 under the signature of the InCharge Medical Officer, Primary Health

Patna High Court CWJC No.18951 of 2024(3) dt.01-12-2025 2/3 Centre, Arwal where by and where under issued direction for not excepting the joining of the petitioner on the post of ANM in contrary of order passed by the Chief Medical Officer Arwal circulated vide Memo No. 979 dated 11.07.2024.

II) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the respondent authority to except the joining of the petitioner on the post of A.N.M. in Primary Health Centre Sonbhadar Bansi (Surajpur) Arwal, in the light of direction issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Arwal vide Memo No. 979 dated 11.07.2024.

III) For any other relief/reliefs admissible under the law in the light of factual portable of this case in the interest of Justice."

At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents in reference to the counter affidavit filed that even prior to filing of the writ application, the petitioner stood terminated by order contained in Memo no.730 dated 11.11.2024 issued under the signature of the Civil Surgeon-cumMember Secretary, District Health Committee, Arwal, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure-R6/R to the writ application.

4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ application to

5. The writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
