Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 103 of 2018 arising out of Parsa Bazar PS Case No. 272 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 20, 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested in connection with recovery of 20 Puriya totalling 100 gms. of ganja and he is in custody since 11.09.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and the minuscule quantity of the seized item, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
