JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-896 of 2015 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of subjecting the complainant to cruelty and petitioner No.1 is nephew of the complainant, petitioner No.2 is Bhaisur and petitioner No.3 is Gotni. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned APP also.

No.78773 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K.D.Rana, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-896 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
