Mr.Sri Pradeep Narain Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1091(C) of 2015 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 16.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51812 of 2017 with direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks.

Now present application has been filed for modification of the aforesaid order dated 16.07.2018 and to extend the period of surrender.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76611 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. However, if petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
