Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 327 of 2018 (CRI Case No. 1857 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner was ill on the alleged date of examination and as such he could not appear in the examination. He further submitted that it was an internal evaluation examination and never engaged anyone to appear in the examination. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no connection with Atul Kumar Thakur, who has been arrested by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74118 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 the police. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 327 of 2018 (CRI Case No. 1857 of 2018) subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/-Sanjeev U T
