The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 8225 of 2019 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 596 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 40 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioners are having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge Excise Patna in connection with Special Case No. 8225 of 2019 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 596 of 2019.
