2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 436, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 10, 13 of U.AP Act.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 150-200 Naxalities had come at Nauratam High School, where B.MP. Jawans were residing and when they went on duty, the said Naxalities planted the bomb and exploded the same, as a result of which the building got destroyed and from there explosive articles were also recovered. Petitioner is named in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the bail prayer and submitted that petitioner has one criminal antecedent and that too is of similar nature and, as such, petitioner don't deserve to be released on bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR; recovery of explosive articles; petitioner being named in the FIR and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
