2. The copy of the statement produced by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Benibad P.S. Case No. 15/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E)/67 I.T. Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted the informant and got it photographed by the mobile.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82047 of 2025(2) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner. Petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the statement of the victim girl and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East) /concerned Court below in connection with Benibad P.S. Case No. 15/2024.
