JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR) 11-01-2019 Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C to Standing Counsel no.1. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to quash an order dated 19.03.2018 passed under Section-3 of the Bihar Crime Control Act,1981 by the Respondent no.5/ District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda, in B.C.C.A. Case No.20 of 2018, whereby the petitioner was directed to regularly appear before the Officer Incharge, Telhara Police Station.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.75 of 2019(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 On going through the impugned order, it is evident that the petitioner was required to show attendance till 20.05.2018. Meaning thereby that the impugned order has already lost its entity and, as such, there is no reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the criminal writ petition stands dismissed.
