====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the when the informant demanded his remuneration, the accused persons have not given his remuneration and the labourers have been assaulted by family members of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against these petitioners, who are ladies, to have caused any manner of assault to them.

No.193 of 2019(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above-named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case no. 280 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
