====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 227 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., informant suspects that all the named accused persons killed his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Benches

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81646 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 of this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure P-4 series. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.08.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 227 of 2023.
