2. Mr. Ranjan Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that substantial
Patna High Court MJC No.3471 of 2023(5) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 amount of retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner and in spite of the fact that pension has been fixed, petitioner is not getting month to month pension till date.
3. The Authority concerned must ensure to make payment of pension to the petitioner each month without fail.
4. The Accountant General must not fail in this regard.
5. In case of failure, the petitioner may take appropriate action against the concerned authority.
6. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
