JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the accused persons including the petitioner came variously armed and started indiscriminate firing and there is specific allegation against Lalbabu Paswan and Sharwan Paswan of firing.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and moreover dispute is admitted in the F.I.R. Further, petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S.
