2. The petitioner has moved this Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to make the payment of Rs 4,21,465(four lakh twenty one thousand four hundred sixty five) relating to dues pension amount and also for payment of Rs 98,880

Patna High Court CWJC No.18958 of 2024 dt.31-07-2025 2/3 ( ninety eight thousand eight hundred eighty) which covers the period from February 2004 to March 2017 and also for payment of Rs 3,08,545 (three lakh eight thousand five hundred forty five) which covers the period from January 1996 to 2004 with interest before retirement treating the appointment dated 05/08/1973 in the light of the judgement and order dated 24/02/20 contain in annexure P/ 4 and aforesaid amount is required to be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law."

3. After some argument, Mr. Tara Nath Jha, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that for ventilating the grievance as raised hereinabove, the petitioner has filed a detailed representation as well as reminder, copy of which has been placed on record as Annexures-P/7 and P/8.

4. Learned Advocates for the respondents are present.

5. Considering the nature of the grievance and in order to give quietus to the litigation, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No. 6 to consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in Anneuxres P/7 and P/8 to the writ petition and bring to its logical conclusion by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be completed, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. Suffice it to observe, in case the claim of the
