2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(A) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s direction commanding the respondents for the following reliefs:-.

(i) To pay the arrear of salary of the petitioner from the period of 1-08-82 to 31-12-84..

(ii) To pay the arrear of according to P.V.C. letter dt 26-06-2023 for the period of 27-07-81 to 26-06- 23. (iii) To pay the P.F. Group Insurance amount. (iv) To pay uptodate Panel interest on the dues amount of the petitioner forthwith.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance, Liberty, so sought, is granted.

4. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5 along with all supporting documents within a period of six weeks and the respondent no. 5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.

5. If the petitioner is found entitled to any consequential benefits, then the payment of the same shall be made to the petitioner within a period of ten weeks.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.

7. It is made clear that this Court has not gone to the merit of the case.
