JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 29.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1907 of 2017 to the extent that the Act mentioned therein is of the year 2006 and not of the year 2016.

Let the said Act be read as "Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006".

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court MJC No.5099 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 petitioner be granted liberty to file a Money Suit. Liberty is granted. The petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
