JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.a. To quash the so-called termination order which have never been served or communicated to the petitioner passed by the respondents.

b. To direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anurakshak from the date of her so called termination.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18259 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 c. To direct the respondents to pay her remuneration from October, 2019, till date with all consequential benefits after reinstatement to the petitioner with statutory interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
