2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Trial No. 46 of 2021 arising out of Barauli P.S. Case No. 249 of 2021 lodged on 29.08.2021, for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and sections 20, 22, 25 & 29 of the N.D.P.S Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Gopalganj.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the regular bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected thrice vide orders dated 23.08.2022, 19.04.2024 & 16.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24484 of 2022, Cr. Misc. No. 10570 of 2024 & Cr. Misc. No. 12122 of 2025 respectively. Counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85398 of 2025(3) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2021, having ten criminal antecedents.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean as there are ten cases pending against him and this aspect must be taken into consideration. Counsel also submits that the regular bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected thrice and this is the fourth time.

5. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
