Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 & 5 ( Nagar Parishad, Narkatiyaganj) are present.

2. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that a show-cause has been filed. He further submits that the order passed by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2024 in CWJC No. 11625 of 2018 has been fully complied with. He further submits that by this order, the Executive Officer, Nagar

Patna High Court MJC No.4141 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 Parishad, Narkatiyaganj, was directed to serve a copy of the order of appeal to the petitioner within 60 days. He also submits that the order is in two folds, i.e., the communication of the order has been made by Annexure R5/B, and Annexure R5/A pertains to the entitlement of the petitioner, which has been served upon the petitioner on 30.09.2024.

3. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has subsequently challenged the said order in CWJC No. 1011 of 2025, and it is only for this reason the petitioner has not appeared today.

4. In light of the submissions made, and upon perusal of the filing slip annexed as Annexure R5/C, it transpires that there is substance in the argument made by learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 (Nagar Parishad, Narkatiyaganj).

5. Accordingly, the present MJC petition stands dismissed.
