2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 364, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased and materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
