The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation in the first information report that the petitioner and his brother Deo Narayan Yadav assaulted the victim Gulab Devi as a result of which she died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. His application is rejected.
