Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of robbery and murder is against unknown. The petitioner was remanded in this case on suspicion and thereafter he is in custody since 15.05.2017. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TI Parade and the investigation is complete now. Further submission is that at the instance of his brother, the petitioner has been involved in some other unknown cases of the year 2017 registered with the same police station.

No.7860 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 695 of 2017 arising out of Sakra Police Station Case No. 130 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
