The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that regarding the theft of black colour hero honda motorcycle bearing registration No. BR22AD-1815, informant Prabhat Kumar lodged Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown on 04.02.2019. In course of investigation one Bittu Kumar was apprehended, who confessed his guilt disclosing the name of petitioner as his associate. Thereafter, petitioner has been remanded in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74231 of 2019(4) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 case on 03.06.2019 from Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the sureties must be parents/close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
