JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 253 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any forgery. As a matter of fact, he had submitted the TET certificate and the Marksheet which was issued by the Bihar School Examination Board. Further, in a case with similar allegation, registered as Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017, similarly situated persons were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure-2 series). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.8170 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Saran, Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 253 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
