2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, informant's son went to market to buy a mobile phone and stayed there with his sister at night and next morning she received information from her son that he was with this petitioner and one Khshboo. Petitioner called informant and asked her to come to Futani Chowk with Rs.2000/- to take the boy and girl away and when she reached there, petitioner's phone was found switched off. Next day, his dead body was found in the bamboo clump.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that during investigation mobile phone of the deceased has been found from the possession of this petitioner.

6. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
