2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 330 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners and other co-accused persons are of assaulting the informant and his family members.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent mentioned in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84178 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 Para 3 of the bail application. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. There is admitted land dispute between the parties and both sides had sustained injury and injury was found to be simple in nature
5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also nature of injury is found to be simple in nature, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 330 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
